My Dolls for Change raise funds for www.drotyuganda.org. We build bathroom units for girls in rural schoolyards in Uganda. This encourages young women to stay and complete their educations when they begin menstruating. It also tells them that they are valued. Hundreds of girls stay in school each time a bathroom is built.
My goal with my work is to shine a light on inequities in society and raise funds to encourage young women to aspire to be everything they want to be.
